Registered Massage Therapists
Emma Scott , RMT
Hi, I’m Emma! As a Registered Massage Therapist, I’m passionate about helping people navigate chronic pain, stress, and the challenges that come with a busy or demanding life. My practice is rooted in a client-centred approach, most importantly listening—to both you and your body—so that each session is tailored to what you need. I place a strong emphasis on nervous system regulation and creating a calm, grounded space where you can fully relax and regroup.
When I’m not in the treatment room, you’ll likely find me dancing, reading, or enjoying the outdoors. I truly love the work I do and feel grateful to support others on their path to feeling better in their bodies.

Amanda Gollan, RMT
I’m Amanda, a Registered Massage Therapist and 2023 graduate of Pacific Coastal College of Massage Therapy. With experience in both clinical and spa settings, I take a personalized approach to each treatment, creating a calm and welcoming experience tailored to every person.
I’m passionate about providing thoughtful, professional care in an inclusive and judgment-free environment, while continuing to grow my knowledge and skills as a massage therapist.
Outside of the treatment room, I enjoy exploring the outdoors, staying active, and spending quality time with my family (mostly my cat).
We are Happy to welcome Amanda to our clinic!
Starting September 17th, Amanda will be accepting new patients. At this time she is unable to direct bill insurance companies, but that is to come soon!
Amanda accepts Credit, E-Transfer and Cash.
Quinn Alpino, RMT
Hi, I’m Quinn! Born and raised right here in Kamloops, BC. I graduated from Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in July 2025.
I take a calm, client-focused approach to treatment, tailoring each session to your individual needs and goals. My focus is on helping reduce pain, improve mobility, and support overall function, while creating a comfortable and professional environment where you feel supported in your care.
My interest in the human body and desire to help others led me to pursue a career in massage therapy. Outside the clinic, you’ll often find me golfing, playing tennis, or soaking up the sun with a good book. I look forward to meeting you and helping you move and feel your best!

Mila Richards
Hi, I’m Mila! I’m a recent graduate of The Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy and am currently beginning my career in spa massage while preparing for my RMT board exams. I’m excited to apply my growing knowledge and skills to support clients on their healing journey and help them better understand their bodies.
My passion is helping people return to function through thoughtful assessment, personalized treatment, and educated care. I believe that effective treatment should not only address physical concerns but also provide a calming, restorative experience that allows you to de-stress and reconnect with your well-being.
Whether you’re seeking relief from pain, recovering from injury, or simply looking to relax, I’m committed to creating a welcoming environment where you feel supported in reaching your health and wellness goals.
Starting August 10th Mila is offering massage services at a reduced rate until she becomes fully registered. Unfortunately, we cannot bill to any 3rd party insurance company, MSP, or ICBC, and you will not be able to submit receipts to your insurance provider for reimbursement. Once she is registered, she will be able to direct bill to insurance however, her fees will increase to what our current RMTs charge.
