Our space was created with one intention in mind: to offer a warm, safe, and supportive environment. Whether you’re seeking relief from pain, recovering from injury, or simply in need of restorative care, we’re here to support your healing journey.
We are currently accepting new clients and look forward to being part of your wellness routine. Every body is different, and we take the time to listen, understand, and tailor each treatment to your unique needs.

Registered Massage Therapy Rates:
30 Minute Appointment - $70
45 Minute Appointment - $100
60 Minute Appointment - $135
75 Minute Appointment - $170
90 Minute Appointment - $195
Your appointment time includes administration (booking, payment, direct billing, charting), Assessment and Evaluation, and Patient education, in addition to the “hands on” time.
All payments are due in full at the time of service, including E-transfers.
Initial appointments must be a minimum of 45 minutes.
It is at the discretion and policy of each RMT if they invoice on your behalf to benefits plans; user fees may apply. Patients are ultimately responsible for the full cost of their booked appointment, including any event where their insurance policy denies payment to the therapist.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens, often unexpectedly. Please keep in mind that your appointment time has been reserved for you. In courtesy of your therapist and fellow patients, we ask that you provide us with a minimum of 24 hours notice of cancellation, or change to your appointment.
If you miss an appointment, or cancel without 24 hours notice, the full visit rate will be charged.
